La physiologie et le fonctionnement de la plante sont étroitement liés à ses structures cellulaires, tissulaires et l’agencement de ses organes. Cette UE a pour objectif de présenter l’organisation d’une plante (organes, tissus, cellules, compartiments subcellulaires) et de la mettre en relation avec deux grandes fonctions biologiques, la nutrition hydrominérale et la nutrition carbonée.
